We meet with planning boards to secure municipal support of our clients' sites, prepare zoning applications, coordinate meetings, hearings, and expert reports, recommend local experts as required for public hearings, coordinate with local council for all hearings. Provide all due diligence required for local zoning justification.

The Biltmore Group will identify permit obstacles early in the process to ensure applications are submitted accurately and your permit is delivered on time. The Biltmore Group are certified Expediters by the New York City Department of Buildings. This allows us to navigate a very complicated filing process and meet with plans examiners directly in New York City. Our knowledge of Fire Code and unique requests from individual Boroughs and Plans Examiners allows us to properly consult our client's Engineering firms for winning application submissions. We strive to provide accurate permit forecasts and identify, as early as possible, unforeseen obstacles so our clients can plan around them.
